Common use of Copies of Other Reports Clause in Contracts

Copies of Other Reports. (a) Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all reports, if any, submitted to the Borrower by the Borrower's independent public accountants regarding the Borrower, including, without limitation, any management report prepared in connection with the annual audit referred to in Section 6.2.

(a) Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all reports, if any, submitted to the Borrower or the Parent Company by the Borrower's their independent public accountants regarding the Parent Company or the Borrower, including, without limitation, any management report prepared in connection with the annual audit referred to in Section 6.26.2 hereof.

(a) Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all material reports, if any, submitted to the Borrower Borrowers by the Borrower's Borrowers' independent public accountants regarding the BorrowerBorrowers, including, without limitation, any management report prepared in connection with the annual audit referred to in Section 6.2.
