Copies of Materials. The Marketing Agent shall send to Phoenix copies of all advertising, marketing and product material related to the Software created or to be used by the Marketing Agent.
Copies of Materials. The District shall have the right, at any reasonable time and after reasonable notice, to obtain for its records copies of all records, schedules and other materials that may be prepared by the Construction Manager pursuant to this Agreement, including, without limitation, additional copies of materials previously provided to the District. Except as may be provided herein, the Construction Manager shall provide requested copies of materials at the District’s expense, which shall not exceed the reasonable direct costs of copying the materials.
Copies of Materials. A. A Unit Member will be provided a copy of any material placed in his/her file at no cost. Additional copies will be provided at the regular rate for personal copying, upon request.
Copies of Materials. The Auditors may make copies of books, records, documents and other materials they have access to as part of an Audit, and CSIRO will provide the Auditors with the necessary facilities to enable them to do so.
Copies of Materials. A professional employee will be entitled to one (1) copy at a cost of ten cents ($0.10) per page of any material in his/her file.

Copies of Materials. Prior to use, Phoenix shall send to Dyad for review and approval copies of all advertising, marketing and product materials related to the Products or Software proposed to be used by Phoenix. Such approval by Dyad shall not be unreasonably withheld.

During the Transition Period, Service Providers shall assist Buyers in the duplication and transfer to Buyers of (i) complete historical EPA documentation files for each FIFRA product including “adverse effect” reports, data call in responses, confidential statements of formula submissions, stop sale notices, agency and state correspondence and other applicable materials, (ii) all raw material MSDSs on file, (iii) copies of all production records and quality control test results for the seven (7) years prior to the date hereof for each product manufactured or sold pursuant to a Registration; and (iv) copies of all production records and quality control tests results for each product manufactured or sold other than pursuant to a Registration in the three (3) years prior to the date hereof;
