If this Agreement is terminated for any reason prior to Closing, Purchaser shall, upon receipt of written request from Seller, promptly return all Property Documents (and any copies thereof) in its possession or control to Seller, unless the same is needed in connection with any action to be taken against Seller in connection with a default by Seller hereunder.
