Copies of disciplinary actions. The Employer will provide employees with a copy of any written disciplinary action. If it is impossible to provide a copy to the employee in person, the Employer may comply with the requirement by mailing a copy to the employee at the employee's last known address (by certified mail, return receipt requested). The Employer shall not utilize written reprimands to support a personnel action, suspension or discharge unless the employee was provided copies.

  • Notice of Disciplinary Action The Employer shall advise an Employee in writing of any disciplinary action taken including, but not limited to warning, reprimand, suspension, discharge or termination and the reasons in full for such action, at the time of taking any such action.
