Common use of Copies of Contract Clause in Contracts

Copies of Contract. Two (2) copies of the contract shall be given to the employee each year for signature.

Copies of Contract. Two Three (23) copies of the a contract shall be given to the employee Employee each year for signature. One is to be retained by the Employee, and two (2) copies are returned to the Board for ratification. One (1) of these copies is returned to the Employee. The remaining copy is placed in the Employee’s personnel file.

Copies of Contract. Two two (2) copies of the a contract shall be given to the employee each year for signature. One (1) copy is retained by that employee at the time it is signed. One (1) copy is forwarded to the District Office and signed by the Board and then placed in the employee's personnel file.

Copies of Contract. Two Four (24) copies of the a contract shall be given to the certificated employee each year for signature. One (1) copy is retained by that employee at the time it is signed. Three (3) copies are forwarded on to the District Office to be signed by the Board. One (1) of these copies is then placed in the certificated employee’s personnel file and second of these copies is returned to the certificated employee.
