Copies of Confidential Information. 9. Subject to the exceptions in paragraph 9.1 below, copies of Confidential Information provided pursuant to this Order (in both hard and soft copy) must be destroyed or made inaccessible at the conclusion of these proceedings, or when an individual ceases to be involved in these proceedings. Each Party shall notify the other Parties, the Non Defendant Addressees and Scania that the Confidential Information has been destroyed or made inaccessible (as appropriate).
