Common use of Copies of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Copies of Agreements. (a) The Unions and the Employers desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her rights and obligations under it. Sufficient copies of the Agreement will be printed for distribution to employees. HEABC and the Association will share equally the cost of printing and distribution.
