Common use of Copies, etc Clause in Contracts

Copies, etc. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to each Lender of each notice or request required or permitted to be given to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (unless concurrently delivered to the Lenders by the Borrower). The Administrative Agent will distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for such Lender's account and copies of all other communications received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (except to the extent any such Lender shall have provided written notice to the Administrative Agent that it is not to receive any such documents, instruments or communications). In the event such information is so furnished by any Agent, such Agent shall have no duty to confirm or verify its accuracy or completeness and shall have no liability whatsoever with respect thereto.
