Common use of Copies, etc Clause in Contracts

Copies, etc. The Agent shall give prompt notice to each Lender of each notice or request given to the Agent by the Borrower and required to be delivered to the Lenders pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (unless concurrently delivered to the Lenders by the Borrower). The Agent will distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Agent from the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders by the Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Agent will promptly distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Agent from the Borrower Company for distribution to the Lenders by the Agent in accordance with the terms of this AgreementAgreement and the other Loan Documents.

The Agent will distribute to each Lender Secured Parties each document or instrument and other agreement received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Agent from the Borrower a Debtor for distribution to the Lenders Secured Parties by the Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, all notices to and communications with the Debtors under this Agreement shall be effected by the Secured Parties through the Agent.

The Agent will distribute to each Lender Bank each document or instrument Instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Agent from the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders Banks by the Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Agent will distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Agent from Holdings or the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders by the Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
