COPE Contributions. During the term of this Agreement the Employer shall also deduct voluntary COPE contributions from the pay of each employee who voluntarily executes a wage assignment form authorizing the deduction of such contributions. The Union will provide a monthly report of any changes to fixed COPE amounts.

COPE Contributions. If the local parties have negotiated a COPE clause in their corresponding Inside Electrical Construction Agreement, the negotiated rate shall be attached as an Addendum #4 and the Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to the designated COPE an amount equal to that which is contained in the Inside Agreement for each employee who voluntarily authorizes such contributions on the forms provided for that purpose by the designated COPE. These transmittals shall occur monthly and shall be accompanied by a list of the names of those employees for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each employee.
COPE Contributions. The University agrees to deduct voluntary contributions made by Graduate Assistants to the SEIU Local 509 Committee on Political Education (COPE) and to remit said contributions to the Union at the same time union dues and agency fees are remitted. Such contributions are strictly voluntary and can be in any amount as determined by the Graduate Assistant. Authorization forms submitted to the University will be processed prospectively on the next payroll and not retroactively.
COPE Contributions. (Committee on Political Education): The District agrees to deduct and transmit to the Union a specified amount from each employee’s pay subject to the voluntarily executed COPE payroll authorization form.
COPE Contributions. Upon receipt of a lawfully executed written authorization by the employee or until such authority is revoked by the employee, contribution to the SEIU Committee on Political Education, managed and operated by the Union, will be deposited by electronic transfer to an eligible ACH Clearing House account designated and managed by the Union in the amount designated by the employee. Such contributions shall be made by electronic transfer from the employee’s pay each pay period. The SEIU Committee on Political Education shall refund to the employee any contributions, which may have been transferred erroneously, or any monies, which may be remitted erroneously.
