Coordination with System. Seller shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Facility and the Interconnection Facilities with the System.
Coordination with System. Pursuant to the Interconnection Agreement, Seller shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Facility’s equipment with the System, and shall be solely responsible for (and shall defend and hold Buyer harmless against) any damage that may occur as a direct result of Seller’s improper coordination or synchronization of such equipment with the System.
Coordination with System. Seller’s delivery of electricity to PacifiCorp under this Agreement must be at a voltage, phase, power factor, and frequency as reasonably specified by PacifiCorp. Seller will furnish, install, operate, and maintain in good order and repair, and without cost to PacifiCorp, such switching equipment, relays, locks and seals, breakers, automatic synchronizers, and other control and protective apparatus determined by PacifiCorp to be reasonably necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the Facility in parallel with the System, or Seller may contract with PacifiCorp to do so at Seller’s cost and expense. PacifiCorp must at all times have access to all switching equipment capable of isolating the Facility from the System.

Seller’s delivery of electricity to PacifiCorp under this Agreement must be at a voltage, phase, power factor, and frequency as required under the Generation Interconnection Agreement. Seller will furnish, install, operate, and maintain in good order and repair, and without cost to PacifiCorp, such switching equipment, relays, locks and seals, breakers, automatic synchronizers, and other control and protective apparatus as required under the Generation Interconnection Agreement.
Coordination with System. 15 Seller’s delivery of electricity to Utility under this Agreement must be at a voltage, phase, power factor, and frequency as reasonably specified by Utility. Seller will furnish, install, operate, and maintain in good order and repair, and without cost to Utility, such switching equipment, relays, locks and seals, breakers, automatic synchronizers, and other control and protective apparatus determined by Utility to be reasonably necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the Facility in parallel with the System, or Seller may contract with Utility to do so at the Seller’s expense. Utility must at all times have access to all switching equipment capable of isolating the Facility from the System.
Coordination with System. Counterparty shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Facility and the Interconnection Facilities with the System, and shall be solely responsible for (and shall defend and hold PacifiCorp harmless against) any damage that may occur as a direct result of Counterparty’s breach of the Generation Interconnection Agreement.
Coordination with System. MMC shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Facility’s equipment with the System, and shall be solely responsible for (and shall defend and hold PPM harmless against) any damage that may occur as a direct result of MMC’s breach of the Generation Interconnection Agreement, except to the extent MMC’s breach was caused by or was a result of the gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct of PPM).
Coordination with System. Seller shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Renewable Energy Facility and the Interconnection Facilities with the System.

Seller shall be responsible for the coordination and synchronization of the Facility and the Interconnection Facilities with the System, and shall be solely responsible for (and shall defend and hold PacifiCorp harmless against) any damage that may occur as a direct result of Seller’s breach of the Generation Interconnection Agreement. In the event there are unanticipated changes in FERC or Electric System Authority rules sufficiently significant to change the benefits, risks and burdens held by the Parties, the Parties shall meet in good faith to adjust the terms of this Agreement to provide for the Parties the originally intended allocation of benefits, risks and burdens.
