Coordination of the Work. 3.1.4.1 Coordination. Establish with Trade Contractors, Suppliers and Subcontractors the on-Site organization and lines of authority in order to carry out the overall progress of the Work. Coordinate the Work of the Design-Builder under the Contract Documents with professional consultants retained by the Owner or the Program Manager.

Coordination of the Work. In accordance with the working conditions set forth in Schedule P, the ESCO shall consult with the personnel designated by the University in order to coordinate the work, including installation of any ECM, and to provide appropriate training in the operation of any ECM. The ESCO shall not permit any act which shall interfere with the performance of the University’s business activities at the Facility without the prior written approval of the University. The ESCO may install no ECM that shall require the hiring of additional personnel by the University unless specifically agreed to in writing by the University. The ESCO shall consult with the University regarding the coordination of the work with any other work being performed by other Companies at the Facility.

Coordination of the Work. The Contractor must: (i) appropriately and adequately coordinate and time the various portions of the Work to ensure that all Work is properly completed within the time(s) required under the Master Construction Schedule; and (ii) determine when completed or in-progress portions of the Work are sufficient and ready for subsequent portions of the Work. The Contractor must coordinate, time, and perform all portions of the Work so as to avoid and/or prevent any interference with any Work by Others. The Contractor must at all times furnish a sufficient number of workers to ensure that the Work is efficiently and timely undertaken and completed in accordance with the Master Construction Schedule. The Contractor shall permit the Work to be performed only by workers who are appropriately qualified and skilled in the work assigned to them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, apprentices may perform portions of the Work if enrolled in an appropriate apprenticeship program and appropriately supervised at all times during performance of such portions of the Work.
Coordination of the Work. 3.10.1 The Contractor shall have total control of the Work and shall effectively direct and supervise the Work so as to ensure conformity with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures governing construction and for co-ordinating the various parts of the Work.
Coordination of the Work. Subcontractor's performance of the Work will require integration with work to be performed by WPI or its other agents, or by Contractor or Owner or their other agents, or by other utilities, public bodies or third persons, and Subcontractor agrees that it will fully cooperate with WPI and all other entities to integrate and coordinate the Work with such other work as to time, location and schedule. Subcontractor acknowledges that the Work must be commenced and completed prior to other work to be performed by WPI or such other entities, and Subcontractor therefore agrees to perform the Work diligently and expeditiously so that WPI or such other entities will not be delayed in the performance of such other work. WPI shall not be responsible to Subcontractor for any act, omissions or damage caused to Subcontractor by any other entity, including WPI's other subtiers.

Coordination of the Work. Operations and events/programs will be ongoing at the site where the Work will shall be performed. Prior to the commencement of the Work, the Project Manager will make every effort, based on available information, to notify the Contractor of any ongoing operations or events/programs scheduled at the Project site that may require coordination. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for coordinating the Work to minimize any potential adverse impacts. Contractor shall not be entitled to any days of delay for failure to properly coordinate the Work. The Contractor shall notify the n writing Project Manager of any Work that will impact ongoing operations or scheduled events/programs. Such notification shall be provided to the Project Manager at least 72 hours in advance of the Contractor performing any such Work. Contractor is responsible for coordination of all Subcontractors and suppliers who will perform under the Contract.
