Coordination of Service. CONFORMANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS: CONSULTANT agrees to work closely with CITY staff in the performance of the Work and this Agreement and shall be available to CITY staff and the CITY Representatives at all reasonable times. All work prepared by CONSULTANT shall be subject to inspection and approval by CITY Representatives or their designees.
Coordination of Service. In jointly operating the routes described in Article III, MCAT and SCAT shall perform the following obligations.

  • Interruption of Service If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may require Developer to interrupt or reduce production of electricity if such production of electricity could adversely affect the ability of NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the New York State Transmission System.
