Coordination During Installation. The Department and QESP shall coordinate the activities of QESP's Equipment installers with those of the Department, its employees, and agents. QESP shall cooperate with Department when performing Work to minimize conflicts and facilitate usage of Project Site(s). QESP shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of business activities conducted by the Department or its employees without prior written approval of the Department. In addition, QESP shall provide adequate building and fire code egress from the Project Site(s) while performing the Work and, if required, shall be responsible for preparing egress plans for Department and State Fire Marshal approval.
Coordination During Installation. The Agency and Contractor shall coordinate the activities of Contractor's equipment installers with those of the Agency, its employees, and agents. Contractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of business activities conducted by the Agency or its employees without prior written approval of the Agency.

The ESCO shall have the duty to co-operate and coordinate with any other contractors on other work which is being performed concurrently on or adjacent to the Project Site, including specifically the School District and its employees and agents, the Philadelphia Gas Works and the Philadelphia Water Department, or their contractors, or any other non-City utilities or authorities, and shall afford reasonable facilities and access to them. The Project Manager will decide any matters in dispute as to the performance of the Work, including access to the Project Site and priority of performance on either side of any division line between contiguous sections of the Project Site where the ESCO and another contractor each work.

Section 7.2: This standard provision directs the Institution and ESCO to coordinate the equipment installation activities to not interfere with the Institution's business activities. If an installation will require interference, the ESCO must first obtain the Institution's written approval to proceed. If a facility generates revenue for the Institution (e.g. civic center, theater, arena etc.) and scheduled revenue-producing activities are interrupted due to the fault of the ESCO, either during project installation or operation, then a provision for the collection of damages may be negotiated. Coordination During Installation. The Customer and RES shall coordinate the activities of RES's Equipment installers with the Customer. RES shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of business activities conducted by the Customer or its employees without prior written approval of the Customer.
Coordination During Installation. District and GRP|WEGMAN shall coordinate GRP|WEGMAN’s performance of the Work with the District. GRP|WEGMAN shall not commit or permit any act that will interfere with the performance of business activities conducted by District without prior written approval of District.
Coordination During Installation. Customer and OpTerra ES shall cooperate to coordinate the activities of OpTerra ES and OpTerra ES’s subcontractors and suppliers with those of Customer, its employees and designated school site representatives, and agents. OpTerra ES will use reasonable efforts not to interfere with the performance of business, academic and school activities conducted by Customer or its employees during normal school hours without prior written approval of Customer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Coordination During Installation. The Customer and XXX shall coordinate the Construction activities of WES’s equipment installers with those of the Customer, its employees, and agents.
