Coordinated Entry System. (CES) refers to the mechanism for allocating available housing units into a systematic resource targeting process designed to implement localized priorities for program participants. The CES covers the geographic area of Orange County and is regionally focused by Service Planning Areas, is easily accessed by individuals and families experiencing homelessness who are seeking housing and services, and includes a comprehensive and standardized process used by all service providers in the Orange County System of Care.
Coordinated Entry System. The CoC shall, in partnership with the Lead Agency, and in consultation with recipients of Continuum of Care and Emergency Solutions Grants Program funding, establish and operate the Coordinated Entry System region-wide.
Coordinated Entry System. Unless Coordinated Entry System is unavailable or cannot provide the screening for eligible residents, the Developer shall utilize the local coordinated entry system to screen for eligible residents currently experiencing homelessness and with a documented serious mental disorder (MHSA Certified by HCA).
Coordinated Entry System. The Countywide coordinated system that provides a comprehensive, streamlined, and regional-based program that ensures homeless individuals are quickly and efficiently permanently housed through standardized assessment, rapid re-housing, supportive services and leveraged resources within their own community.
Coordinated Entry System. To the greatest extent feasible, the Developer shall utilize the local coordinated entry system to screen for eligible residents currently experiencing homelessness and with a documented serious mental disorder.
