Cooperative Purchases. This Contract may be used by other government agencies. CentralSquare has agreed to offer similar services to other agencies under the same terms and conditions as stated herein except that the compensation may be negotiated between CentralSquare and other agencies based on the specific revenue expectations, agency reimbursed costs, and other agency requirements. The Customer will in no way whatsoever incur any liability in relation to specifications, delivery, payment, or any other aspect of purchases by such agencies.

The CONTRACTOR has agreed to offer similar services to other agencies under the same terms and conditions as stated herein except that the revenue share percentage (Compensation) may be negotiated between the CONTRACTOR and other agencies based on the specific revenue expectations, agency reimbursed costs, and other agency requirements. The CITY will in no way whatsoever incur any liability in relation to specifications, delivery, payment, or any other aspect of purchases by such agencies.
Cooperative Purchases. The Parties hereto, pursuant to Chapters 35 and 39 bidding laws, Revised Code of Washington, and pursuant to Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington do hereby contract to cooperatively purchase goods, services and public works equipment as a result of competitive bidding and within the specifications established by and for San Xxxx County and the [NAME]. Once bidding has been finalized and the Parties have been notified, both Parties will finalize their own individual arrangements, including option selection, selections, trade-in and delivery arrangements for goods, services and equipment directly with the applicable contractor. San Xxxx County and the [NAME] agree that each party has no liability as far as the durability, serviceability, and warranty of the goods, services, and equipment selected. It is also agreed that the goods, services, and equipment selected shall be agreed upon by each individual party and will not be perceived as selected by the other party. San Xxxx County and the [NAME] accept no responsibility for the performance of any contracts by the contractor, and San Xxxx County and the [NAME] accept no responsibility for payment of the purchase price for any contract entered into by the other party. Cooperative Purchases. Purchases through a cooperative purchasing program that has complied with the State’s competitive bidding requirements are exempt from the City’s competitive bidding requirements.
Cooperative Purchases. The City may participate in purchases and contracts established by other public agencies, provided the cooperative agreement is established following a competitive bid process. The City Manager may authorize award of cooperative purchase agreements up to $100,000. City Council approval is required for the award of any cooperative purchase of more than $100,000.
Cooperative Purchases. To the extent applicable law permits other state, municipal, or other government entities to buy off of this Agreement without going to bid, Client and FATHOM agree that such entities may do so.
