Cooperative Effort. The parties to the Agreement understand that the public services provided to the citizenry of the State of New Jersey require a continuing cooperative effort particularly during this period of severe fiscal constraints. They hereby pledge themselves to achieve the highest level of service by jointly endorsing a concept of intensive productivity improvement, which may assist in realizing that objective.
Cooperative Effort. The employer and the bargaining agent agree that they will work cooperatively to assure that all employees have equal employment opportunities.
Cooperative Effort. The Construction Manager shall, in consultation with the Owner, Professional(s), and the subcontractors, endeavor to develop, implement and maintain a spirit of cooperation, collegiality, and open communication among the parties so that the goals and objectives of each are clearly understood, potential problems are resolved promptly, and, upon completion, the Project is deemed a success by all parties.
Cooperative Effort. (a) The Supplier will cooperate with XL and any of XL’s other vendors (including Motricity, Inc. and mCore International, Inc.) to identify and, as applicable, resolve issues or problems of such vendors or the vendors’ proposed solutions for the System and/or Services.
Cooperative Effort. City shall cooperate with Authority by providing information and other assistance in order for Authority to meet its obligations hereunder. City recognizes that one of its responsibilities related to the California HERO Program will include any permitting or inspection requirements as established by City.
Cooperative Effort. Following the Closing, GW Pharma shall make available to Otsuka the results of preclinical studies and clinical studies of Licensed Products conducted outside the Territory both prior to and after the Closing and shall consult with Otsuka at such time as it may be planning to commence clinical studies for the Licensed Products outside the Territory for the purpose of considering study design suggestions of Otsuka that may enhance the utility of the resulting data for purposes of marketing, or seeking approval of, the Licensed Products in the Territory. Otsuka shall make available to GW Pharma the Otsuka Clinical Data with respect to studies conducted in the Territory and shall consult with GW Pharma at such time as it may be planning to commence clinical trials for the Licensed Products in the Territory for the purpose of considering study design suggestions of GW Pharma that may enhance the utility of the resulting data for purposes of seeking approval for the Licensed Products outside the Territory.
Cooperative Effort. The Parties agree to work cooperatively with each other to accomplish the purpose and intent of this Agreement by allowing City to divert and beneficially use water in its municipal distribution system from Broad Hollow Spring, to the extent that such water is not being diverted into and beneficially used for irrigation purposes at Company’s point of diversion below Broad Hollow Spring, during April and October.
Cooperative Effort. All Members shall cooperatively carry out the NSP2 Program, if funded, as defined in the Application. As part of the cooperative effort, Members may form a steering committee to provide guidance and oversight to the implementation of the NSP2 Program. Each Member shall carry out those NSP2 activities ascribed to it in the Application.
Cooperative Effort. If either Party is pursuing an strategic opportunity using an Alliance Product or Service and the Party pursuing the opportunity indicates to the Supplying Party that capturing the business opportunity with the customer requires different pricing or other terms, the Supplying Party agrees to exercise its best reasonable efforts to modify the pricing or other terms of the Alliance Product or Service in order for the Parties to provide the most competitive solution for the customer presenting the strategic opportunity. ****
