Common use of Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Cooperation. Each Party agrees to cooperate fully with the other Party other, to provide all reasonably requested information, material, and assistance in connection with the filing, prosecution, issuance, maintenance, and enforcement of any Joint Patents and to execute and deliver such further documents, certificates, agreements and instruments and to take such other actions as may be sign all papers reasonably requested by the other Party to evidence or reflect the Contemplated Transactions for such filing, prosecution, issuance, maintenance, and to carry out the intent and purposes of this Agreementenforcement.

Cooperation. Each Party agrees to cooperate fully with the other Party and to execute and deliver such further documents, certificates, other agreements and instruments and to take such other actions or documents as may be reasonably requested by the other Party to evidence or reflect implement the Contemplated Transactions terms, conditions, agreements and to carry out the intent and purposes of transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
