The Parties agree to fully cooperate with each other to accomplish the terms of this Settlement Agreement, including but not limited to, executing such documents and taking such other action as may reasonably be necessary to implement the terms of this Settlement Agreement. The Parties must execute and deliver any additional papers, documents, and other assurances, and must do any other acts reasonably necessary, to perform their obligations under this Settlement Agreement and to carry out this Settlement Agreement’s expressed intent.
