Cooperation related to ECB common procedures. 9.5.1 In relation to supervised entities subject to the direct responsibility of the SRB, for matters related to granting and withdrawing authorisations for credit institutions as well as assessing proposed acquisitions of qualifying holdings, the ECB will inform the SRB without delay of its decisions.
