COOPERATION POLICIES. Article 93 The EU and Kosovo shall establish close cooperation aimed at contributing to the development and growth potential of Kosovo. Such cooperation shall strengthen existing economic links on the widest possible foundation, to the benefit of both Parties. Policies and other measures shall be designed to bring about sustainable economic and social development of Kosovo. These policies shall ensure that environmental and climate considerations are also fully incorporated from the outset and that they are linked to the requirements of harmonious social development. Cooperation policies shall be integrated into a regional framework of cooperation. Special attention shall be devoted to measures that can xxxxxx cooperation between Kosovo and its neighbouring countries, thus contributing to regional stability. The SAC shall define priorities between and within the cooperation policies described in this Title.

  • Promotion Policy The Director of Human Resources, upon request of an appointing authority, shall determine whether an examination is to be called on a promotional basis.

  • Competition Policy 1. The Parties recognize the importance of cooperation and technical assistance between their national competition authorities, including inter alia, the exchange of information and experiences, and the improvement of technical capacities in order to reinforce their competition policies. 2.   • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.
