Cooperation of Customer. AVEVA’s performance depends upon Xxxxxxxx’s timely and effective cooperation, including providing AVEVA with reasonable facilities, timely access to appropriate data and information, timely decisions and approvals and appropriately skilled Customer personnel. AVEVA will not be liable for any failure to perform Support Services under the Agreement to the extent that the failure is caused by Customer’s lack of cooperation. AVEVA may rely upon the accuracy and completeness of data, material, and other information furnished by Customer, without any independent investigation or verification.
Cooperation of Customer. TELVENT’s performance depends upon Customer’s timely and effective cooperation, including providing TELVENT with reasonable facilities, timely access to appropriate data and information, timely decisions and approvals and appropriately skilled Customer personnel. TELVENT will not be liable for any failure to perform Support Services under the Agreement to the extent that the failure is caused by Customer’s lack of cooperation. Cooperation of Customer. Customer agrees to notify Company promptly following the discovery of any Error and to cooperate as reasonably requested by the Company in connection with any Error Correction. Further, upon discovery of an Error, Customer agrees, if requested by Company, to submit to Company a listing of output and any other data that Company may require in order to reproduce the Error and the operating conditions under which the Error occurred or was discovered.
Cooperation of Customer. You shall (i) cooperate with Xxxxxxxx in all matters relating to the performance of work in the Estimate and provide such access to your premises, and such office accommodation and other facilities as may reasonably be requested by Xxxxxxxx, for the purposes of performing the work in the Estimate; (ii) respond promptly to any Xxxxxxxx request to provide direction, information, approvals, authorizations, or decisions that are reasonably necessary for Xxxxxxxx to perform the work in accordance with the requirements of the Estimate and these Terms;
Cooperation of Customer. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Customer’s performance of its planning, resource and implementation responsibilities, as defined in this Agreement, may be pre-conditions to GEHC’s performance of its responsibilities herein; provided, however, that a failure of Customer to perform any such responsibilities will not operate as a breach of this Agreement by Customer, but may require an amendment to be executed.

Cooperation of Customer. Customer agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Provider and shall provide Provider’s personnel with access to all documents and facilities as may be reasonably necessary for the performance of the Services/Rentals/Sales. Customer agrees to furnish without charge adequate space at Customer’s premises for use by Provider’s personnel while performing the Services/Rentals/Sales.
Cooperation of Customer. Customer agrees to notify D2S promptly following the discovery of any Error. Further, upon discovery of an Error, Customer agrees, if requested by D2S, to (a) cooperate with D2S to reproduce the Error, and (b) provide screen shots or initiate a “webex” or similar presentation that will permit D2S personnel to observe the Error in Customer’s environment.
Cooperation of Customer. 16.1 Customer shall at all times lend BRIGHT Software any cooperation, information and data deemed necessary or useful by BRIGHT Software for the purpose of performance of the services or deliveries agreed.
