COOPERATION, CONFIDENTIALITY, PRESS RELEASES. 9.1 The Parties agree to co-operate fully after the date hereof in order to consummate all the transactions intended by and/or envisaged in this Agreement. Each Party shall take such further actions, make such additional declarations and execute such documents as are necessary or, in the reasonable view of the Purchaser, appropriate to consummate the transactions intended by and/or contemplated in this Agreement.
