Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Each Issuer shall cooperate fully with the Indenture Trustee with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of the Indenture Trustee hereunder or any rights obtained by the Indenture Trustee under any of the other Transaction Documents and, in connection therewith, permit the Indenture Trustee, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.
