Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Borrower shall, and shall cause the Property Owners to, cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority Authority, which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder hereunder, or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may could reasonably be expected in any way to adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the Note, the Security Instruments or the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall fully cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall, and shall cause Senior Borrower to, reasonably cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way would reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender Xxxxxx under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to, and permit Lender, at its option, to participate in, any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way materially and adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedingsDocument.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way the reasonable opinion of Lender affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall reasonably cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way would reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender Lxxxxx under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall shall, at Borrower’s sole but reasonable costs and expense, reasonably cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which that may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender Xxxxxx under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.any

Except with respect to any claim by Borrower against Lender, it shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Each Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings (other than those brought by Lender against Borrower or any Affiliate of Borrower) before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully in all reasonable respects with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, Borrower shall permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall at Borrower's expense cooperate fully with Lender in a commercially reasonable manner with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Except with respect to any claim by Borrowers against Lender, Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit not prohibit Lender, at its election, to participate from participating in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall and shall cause Owner to cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority or Health Care Authority which may in any way could reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender Xxxxxx under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Cooperate in Legal Proceedings. Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender Xxxxxx under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings; provided, that notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may pursue any separate or conflicting causes of action, defenses or other such proceedings they deem reasonable and appropriate.

Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender Lxxxxx under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Borrower Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the Note, the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its Lender’s election, to participate in any such proceedings.

Each Borrower shall cooperate fully with Lender with respect to, and permit Lender, at its option, to participate in, any proceedings before any court, board or other Governmental Authority which may in any way are reasonably likely to materially adversely affect the rights of Lender hereunder or any rights obtained by Lender under any of the other Loan Documents and, in connection therewith, permit Lender, at its election, to participate in any such proceedingsDocument.
