Cooperate. VicForests and the Contractor agree to cooperate and liaise with the other in good faith so that the Agreement operates effectively throughout the Term. In particular, the Parties shall use their reasonable efforts and act in good faith to resolve any matter between them arising out of or in respect to this Agreement without resorting to the process under clause 19.

Lessons or programs offered through the Bike Park will also assist the rider in managing the risk of injury.
