Convicted Vendor List. Vendor shall immediately notify Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee in writing if it or any of its affiliates are placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida pursuant to Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, or on any similar list maintained by any other state or the federal government.
Convicted Vendor List. A Vendor, person or affiliate who has been placed on the Florida Convicted Vendor List may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with the Department pursuant to section 287.133, Florida Statutes.
Convicted Vendor List. Pursuant to Subsection 287.133(2)(a), F.S., a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not be awarded or perform work as a Grantee, supplier, subcontractor or consultant under a contract with any public entity and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, F.S., for Category Two for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. Convicted Vendor List. Professional represents and warrants that it is not on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime committed within the past thirty-six (36) months. Professional further represents and warrants that it will neither utilize the services of, nor contract with, any supplier, subcontractor, or consultant for an amount in excess of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) in connection with this Project if such supplier, subcontractor or consultant has been placed on the convicted vendor list within the past thirty-six (36) months. Professional must notify Owner within thirty (30) days after a conviction of a public entity crime applicable to Professional or to an affiliate of Professional.

The Grantee has a continuous duty to disclose to the Department if the Grantee or any of its affiliates, as defined by section 287.133(1)(a), F.S., are placed on the convicted vendor list. Pursuant to section 287.133(2)(a), F.S.: “A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in s. 287.017, F.S., for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.”

Contractor further warrants that it will neither utilize the services of, not contract with, any supplier, subcontractor, or consultant for an amount in excess of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) in connection with this Project is the supplier, subcontractor or consultant has been placed on the convicted vendor list within the past thirty six (36) months.

Contractor shall immediately notify City in writing and cease all work (or cause the applicable subcontractor to cease all work) in the event that it or a subcontractor is placed on the convicted vendor list.
Convicted Vendor List. Vendor warrants that neither it nor any affiliate is currently on the convicted vendor list maintained pursuant to section 287.133, Florida Statutes, or on any similar list maintained by any other state or the federal government. Vendor shall immediately notify Citizens in writing if its ability to perform is compromised in any manner during the term of the Contract.
Convicted Vendor List. Construction Manager warrants that it is not on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime committed within the past thirty-six (36) months. Construction Manager further warrants that it will neither utilize the services of, not contract with, any supplier, subcontractor, or consultant for an amount in excess of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) in connection with this Project is the supplier, subcontractor or consultant has been placed on the convicted vendor list within the past thirty-six (36) months.
