Common use of Convening of General Meeting Clause in Contracts

Convening of General Meeting. Resolved, that general meeting of the shareholders of the Company be convened, for the purpose of obtaining the approval of the Company’s shareholders to the matters approved above and any other matters that may lawfully be brought for shareholder approval at such meeting. It is further resolved, that any Director of the Company be authorized to determine the time and place of the above meeting and to send notices thereof to the shareholders, it being agreed that if all shareholders agree in writing to the above, the meeting may not be held.
