Controlling Authorities. 27.3.1. The Controlling Authority for each Party is the person identified as such in Schedule A. A Party may, by written notice to the Controlling Authority of the other Party, from time to time change its Controlling Authority, and the Parties shall amend Schedule A accordingly.
