Control of Property. Landlord reserves all rights respecting the Property and the Premises not specifically granted to Tenant under this Lease {including Tenant’s rights under Section 4.5 above), including, without limitation, the right to: (a) change the street address of the Building; provided, that Landlord will not designate a name for the Building or change the current name of the Building without the prior written consent of Tenant (which may be granted or withheld in Tenant’s reasonable discretion); (b) designate and approve all types of signs, window coverings, lighting and other aspects of the Premises and its contents that may be visible from the exterior of the Building (subject in all events to Tenant’s rights (including signage rights) set forth in this Lease); (c) grant any party the exclusive right to conduct any business or render any service in the Building, provided that such exclusive right to conduct any business or render any service in the Building does not prohibit Tenant or any then current subtenant, assignee or other transferee of Tenant from any permitted use granted under this Lease or any then-current use by such party (so long as such use is permitted by this Lease); (d) prohibit Tenant from installing vending or dispensing machines of any kind in or about the Premises other than those that Tenant installs in the Premises solely for use by Tenant; (e) close the Building after Business Hours, except that Tenant may access the Premises after Business Hours in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may prescribe from time to time for security purposes, and the terms of this subsection (e) shall in no event interfere with Tenant’s ability to access the Building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in accordance with this Lease; (f) install, operate and maintain security systems which monitor, by closed circuit television or otherwise, all persons entering or leaving the Building; (g) impose reasonable security procedures designed to limit and control access to the Building by unauthorized persons; (h) install and maintain pipes, ducts, conduits, wires and structural elements in the walls or above the ceiling within the Premises that serve other parts or other tenants of the Property, provided, however, that no such installation and maintenance shall materially and adversely interfere with anything contained therein serving the Premises; and (i) retain and receive master keys or pass keys to the Premises and all doors in the Pre...

Notwithstanding the foregoing, or the provision of any security-related services by Master Lessor, neither Master Lessor nor Landlord is not responsible for the security of persons or property on the Property or the Project and Master Lessor and Landlord are not and will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any breach of security not solely and directly caused by the willful misconduct of Master Lessor or Landlord, or its agents or employees.
Control of Property. If the Loan is to enable Borrower to acquire the Property from Third Party Indemnitor, Third Party Indemnitor represents and warrants that the Property is free from all encumbrances that could enable Third Party Indemnitor or its affiliates to control the use or ownership of the Property e.g., rights of first refusal; options to purchase or repurchase the Property; deed restrictions; or restrictive covenants such as those that limit the brand of fuel that can be sold on the Property.
Control of Property. Prior to the Mortgage Release Date, Indemnitors shall not record or cause to be recorded any document containing a provision that could enable any Person to control the use or ownership of the Property, such as a purchase option; repurchase option; or restrictive covenant such as one that limits the brand of fuel that can be sold on the Property.
