CONTROL OF MATERIAL. All tickets will be collected to verify the quantity of each item in their original form only. Xerox or fax copies will not be accepted. All tickets shall be submitted on the day of delivery, either to the City personnel or the Public Works office at City Hall, or they will not be accepted for payment. Contractors and subcontractors will be required to produce letters of certification or certified test reports from material producers and suppliers in order to determine compliance with specifications for designated materials prior to the incorporation thereof into the work. The City of University City will determine which materials are to be tested. The form and content of these test reports shall be in accordance with recognized standards and practices for this work or as otherwise determined by the City of University City, No direct payment will be made for this work. CONTROL OF MATERIAL. Recipient and Scientist agree to retain control over ------------------- Material and not to transfer Material to any third person or entity without first obtaining GenVec's written consent. GenVec, reserves the right to distribute Material to others and use Material without restriction for its own purposes.

CONTROL OF MATERIAL. Library Party agrees that the Material and Derivatives (as defined in Section 6, below) shall not be transferred or disclosed to any third party without the Company’s express prior written approval.
CONTROL OF MATERIAL. Company shall retain control over the Material and shall not transfer the Material to any third party without the prior written approval of Fund. For the purposes hereof, “third parties” shall not include those employees and consultants of G97023 Company who will be involved in the handling, testing and/or evaluation of the Material under Section 2, provided such employees and consultants have entered into written confidentiality agreements required under Section 4. The Material shall remain the property of Fund, and Fund shall be given written notice of the transfer of the Material to any facility of Company, other than the facility to which they are initially delivered. Upon termination of this Agreement, as detailed in Section 11, Company shall discontinue its use of the Material and shall, upon the written request of Fund, return any unused Material to Fund and/or destroy the Material.
