Contributions and Capital Accounts. 1. Capital Contributions - Each Initial Member shall make the Capital Contribution described for that Member on Exhibit A at the time and on the terms specified on Exhibit A. If no time for contribution is specified, the Capital Contributions shall be made upon the filing of the Articles of Organization. The value of the Capital Contributions shall be as set forth on Exhibit A. No interest shall accrue on any Capital Contribution and no Member shall have the right to withdraw or be repaid any Capital Contribution except as provided in this Operating Agreement. Each Additional Member shall make the Initial Capital Contribution described in the Admission Agreement. The value of the Additional Member's Initial Capital Contribution and the time for making such contribution shall be set forth in the Admission Agreement.
