Contributions and Advances. Contributions or advances of public funds and of the use of personnel, equipment or property may be made to the Authority by the Members for any of the purposes of this Agreement. Payment of public funds may be made to defray the cost of any such contribution or advance. Any such advance may be made subject to repayment, and in such case shall be repaid, in the manner agreed upon by the Authority and the Member making such advance at the time of such advance. It is mutually understood and agreed to that no Member has any obligation to make advances or contributions to the Authority to provide for the costs and expenses of administration of the Authority, even though any Member may do so. The Members understand and agree that a portion of the funds of the Authority that otherwise may be allocated or distributed to the Members may instead be used to make grants, loans or provide other financial assistance to governmental units and nonprofit organizations (e.g., the Foundation) to accomplish any of the governmental unit’s or nonprofit organization's purposes.

Payment of public funds may be made to defray the cost of any contribution. Any advance may be made subject to repayment, and in that case shall be repaid in the manner agreed upon by the advancing Member or other public agency and the Authority at the time of making the advance.

Administrative costs owed to the Authority are intended to be recovered pursuant to the terms of the Project Agreement executed by the Members. Only Members executing a Project Agreement shall be required to pay such administrative costs.

Payment of public funds may be made to defray the cost of any such contribution. Any such advance may be made subject to repayment, and in such case, shall be repaid, in the manner agreed upon by the CCA and the party making such advance at the time of such advance.
Contributions and Advances. With the Board’s approval, any Party may contribute or advance public funds, personnel, equipment or property to the Agency for any of the purposes of this Agreement. Any such advance shall be made subject to repayment, and shall be repaid in the manner agreed upon by the Agency and the Party making the advance at the time of making such advance. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no Party has any obligation to make advances or contributions to the Agency to provide for the costs and expenses of administration of the Agency, even though any Party may choose to do so.

With the Cooperative Governing Board’s approval, any Party may contribute money, personnel services, equipment, materials, or property to the Cooperative for any of the purposes of this Agreement. Such advances must be recorded and repaid in the manner agreed upon, by the Cooperative and the Party making the advance, in writing prior to the date of the advance. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no Party is obligated to pay the Cooperative’s administrative expenses.

It is mutually understood and agreed that no Member Agency has any obligation to make advances or contributions to the Authority to provide for the costs and expenses of administration of the Authority, even though any Member Agency may do so. A Member Agency may allow the use of personnel, equipment or property in lieu ifof other contributions or advances to the Authority. After termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3, any surplus money in possession of the Authority shall be returned to the Member Agencies in proportion to the unreimbursed contributions each has made.

Payment of public funds may be made to defray the cost of any such contribution. Any such advance shall be made subject to repayment, and shall be repaid, in the manner agreed upon by the City or the Parking Authority, as the case may be, and the Finance Authority at the time of making such advance. It is mutually understood and agreed that neither the City nor the Parking Authority has any obligation to make advances or contributions to the Finance Authority to provide for the costs and expenses or administration of the Finance Authority, even though either may do so. The City or the Parking Authority may allow the use of personnel, equipment, or property in lieu of other contributions or advances to the Finance Authority. After termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.2 (Term), any surplus money in possession of the Finance Authority shall be returned to the City and the Parking Authority in proportion to the unreimbursed contributions each has made.

It is mutually understood and agreed that no Party of the Facilities Authority shall have any obligation to make advances or contributions to the Facilities Authority to provide for the costs and expenses of administration of the Facilities Authority, even though any Party may do so. Any Party may allow the use of personnel, equipment or property in lieu of other contributions or advances to the Facilities Authority.
