Contractual Rights. A denial or limitation of preemptive rights otherwise provided in this section does not limit the power of a limited liability company to grant first refusal rights, contribution allowance rights, or other rights to make contributions to the limited liability company to members, persons who have entered into contribution agreements, or other persons before accepting contributions or making contribution allowance agreements with any other person.
