For non-DHS approved courses the sub-recipient shall obtain advance FDEM approval using the Non-XXX form by contacting their grant manager. The DHS course catalog is available online at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. For the purposes of this Agreement, any training course listed on the DHS approved course catalog qualifies as an authorized course. The Sub- recipient can successfully complete an authorized course either by attending or conducting that course. Equipment Deliverable: Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Sub-recipient for the actual cost of purchasing an item identified in the approved project funding template and budget of this agreement and listed on the DHS Authorized Equipment List (AEL).
