Common use of Contractual Provisions Clause in Contracts

Contractual Provisions. A. Nondiscrimination During this Agreement's performance, the Hotel will comply with the contract provisions contained in Section 2.2-4311(1) and (2) of the Code of Virginia or any successor provisions that may be applicable to this Agreement. Also, in accordance with Section 2.2-4343.1, the University does not discriminate against faith-based organizations.
