Contractual object. 1.1 The user is entitled to use the rental object in return for payment as stated in the order. If both hardware and software are transferred to the user, this shall involve separate agreements which are indepen- dent with regard to execution and legal status.

Contractual object. The customer receives the non-exclusive and non-transferable usage rights for the program system in accordance with the accepted offer or a written order. The program system corresponds to the specifications in the service description (software, add-ons, accompanying documentation (hard copy or online) services and any data centre services). The software, the add-ons and documentation are protected by copyright and subject to copyright protection. As soon as the customer uses the program system, he accepts the contents of this agreement. The customer is not authorised to make this program system available for use, at a charge or no charge, by third parties. The customer is therefore expressly forbidden from undertaking any subleasing. The customer may only copy and use the software, insofar as this is covered by the intended use of the software as given in the current performance description. The necessary copying of the software includes loading the software into random access memory (RAM), however not even the temporary installation or storage of the software on the data carriers (hard disks or similar) of hardware used by the customer.

Contractual object. This Contract applies to the streets, roads and places listed in Annex 2.
Contractual object. The Company entrusts the Mandatee with managing the Company business, having the Tasks established in Annex 1 (Scope of Tasks) (Tasks) and other obligations mentioned in this Contract, in the Company’s Articles of association, the decisions of the Shareholders᾽ General Assembly, the Conduct Code, the Company’s Internal Regulation, other internal regulations / decisions and in the applicable Law. By this contract the Mandatee agrees expressly his/her Tasks established in Annex 1 to this Contract are not exhaustively stipulated and can be added or modified any time by decisions of the Shareholders᾽ General Assembly or by any one-sided decisions / regulations from competent bodies within the Company while observing the competence attributed and the limits established in this respect in the Articles of Association, as they will be communicated in due time to the Mandatee, observing a reasonable term according to circumstances. Moreover the Mandatee will carry out any other tasks and obligations that are implicit by the nature and responsibilities derived from his/her position within the Company. To remove any doubt the Mandatee will comply with all and any new future obligations resulting from the Applicable Law / any other regulation / internal document which are not yet expressly regulated to the Mandatee᾽s task in this Contract. The Mandate cannot take stand of not knowing the provisions of the Applicable Law taking into account the legal obligation of Mandatee diligence.
Contractual object. 3.1 The safe deposit boxes and the cassettes within them may exclu- sively be used to store securities, certificates, precious metals, gem- stones, jewellery, and comparable items that pose no danger to life or health or the building and create no contamination.The lessor is entitled to inspect the content of the safe deposit box in order to convince himself of compliance with the obligation to use the safe deposit box in accordance with the contract.Refusal of access gives the lessor the right to extraordinary termination of the safe deposit box rental contract with immediate effect.
