Common use of CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. Issuance of a Award Document signed by the Agency and approved as to form by the Attorney General’s office, if required, constitutes acceptance of this Contract made by and between the State of West Virginia and the Vendor. Vendor’s signature on its bid signifies Vendor’s agreement to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. Vendor’s signature on its bid, or on the Contract if the Contract is not the result of a bid solicitation, signifies Vendor’s agreement to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.

Vendor’s 's signature on its bid signifies Vendor’s 's agreement to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.
