CONTRACTS WITH ELIGIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the requirements of Rule 17f-5 (and any other applicable law), Bank is authorized to enter into, on behalf of Fund, such written contracts governing Fund’s foreign custody arrangements with such Eligible Foreign Custodians as Bank deems appropriate.
