Contracts with Connected Persons. (a) There are no loans made by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries to any of their directors or shareholders and/or any of their Connected Persons and no debts or liabilities owing by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries to any of their directors or shareholders and/or any of their Connected Persons.
Contracts with Connected Persons. 11.1 There are no loans made by the Group to any of its directors or shareholders and/or any person connected with any of them and no debts or liabilities owing by the Group to any of its directors or shareholders and/or any person connected with them as aforesaid.
Contracts with Connected Persons. 14.1. There are no existing contracts or engagements to which the Company is a party and in which the Founder[s] and/or any director of the Company and/or any person who is a Connected Person with any of them is interested.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There will be at the Closing Date (following execution of the deed of termination, release and waiver referred to in Schedule 2) no contracts or arrangements between either Company, on the one hand, and any member of the Seller’s Group, on the other hand, other than the deed of termination, release and waiver referred to in Schedule 2, the Pioneer Services Agreement.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There is no agreement or arrangement (legally enforceable or not) to which any Group Company is a party and in which any member of the Seller’s Group, a director or former director of any member of the Seller’s Group or a person connected with any of them is interested in any way. No Group Company owes any obligation or sum to nor does it and neither will it immediately after Completion have any contractual or other arrangements of any sort with the Seller or any member of the Seller’s Group.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There is, and during the three years ending on the date of this agreement there has been, no agreement or arrangement (legally enforceable or not) to which the Company is or was a party and in which the Vendors, a director or former director of any member of the Company or any of the Vendors' Related Persons or a person connected with any of them is or was interested in any way. The Company does not owe any obligation or sum to nor does it and neither will it immediately after Completion have any contractual or other arrangements of any sort with the Vendors or any of their Related Persons.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There is, and during the three years ending on the date of this agreement there has been, no agreement or arrangement (legally enforceable or not) to which the Company or any employee of the Company is or was a party and in which any of the Sellers or a person connected with any of them is or was interested in any way. The Company does not owe any obligation or sum to nor does it and neither will it nor any of its employees immediately after Completion have any contractual or other arrangements of any sort with the Sellers or any of their connected persons and since the Accounts Date no payment or benefit has been made or given or received or agreed to be made given or received (including in particular interest) between or for the benefit of any of the Sellers or any of the Sellers' connected persons on the one hand and the Company or any employee of the Company on the other hand.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There is, and during the three years ending on the date of this agreement there has been, no agreement or arrangement to which any Group Company or any Vendor in relation to the Asset Businesses is a party and in which any member of the Xxxxxx Group, any director or former director of any member of the Xxxxxx Group or a person connected with any of them is or was interested. Immediately after Completion, no Group Company or any Vendor in relation to the Asset Businesses will owe any obligation or sum or have any contractual or other arrangements of any sort with any member of the Xxxxxx Group or any of its connected persons except as provided under the terms of this agreement.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There is, and during the twelve month period ending on the date of this agreement there has been, no agreement or arrangement (legally enforceable or not) to which the Company is or was a party and in which any of the Sellers, a director or former director of the Company or of any of the Sellers or any of their connected persons is or was interested in any way save as set out in this agreement. The Company does not owe any obligation or sum to nor does it and neither will it immediately after Completion have any contractual or other arrangements of any sort with the Sellers or any of their connected persons.
Contracts with Connected Persons. There is, and during the three years ending on the date of this agreement there has been, no agreement or arrangement (legally enforceable or not) to which the Company is or was a party and in which any of the Vendors, a director or former director of any member of the Group or of any of the Vendors' Related Persons or a person connected with any of them is or was interested in any way. The Company does not owe any obligation or sum to nor does it and neither will it immediately after Completion have any contractual or other arrangements of any sort with the Vendors or any of their connected persons and since the Accounts Date no payment or accrual (including, in particular, interest) has been made between or for the benefit of any of the Vendors or any of the Vendors' Related Persons or a person connected with any of them on the one hand and the Company on the other hand.
