Contracts for Services. 4.1 The Supplier shall provide the Services for the period specified in the Contract Particulars, Purchase Order and/or the Specification in accordance with the Council’s requirements as set out in the Contract Particulars, Purchase Order and/or the Specification. Timely provision of the Services shall be of the essence of the Contract, including in relation to commencing the provision of the Services.
