Specifications may change at the discretion of the County and the Contractor will be provided new specifications as required. The format and content of the badge is subject to the County’s approval prior to the Contractor implementing the use of the ID badge. The Contractor staff, while on duty or when entering a County facility or its grounds, shall prominently display the photo ID badge on the upper part of the body. Contractor personnel may be asked by a County representative to leave a County facility if they do not have the proper County ID badge on their person and Contractor personnel must immediately comply with such request.
Contractor’s Staff Identification. 7.4.1 Contractor is responsible to ensure that Contractor’s Medical Providers have obtained a County ID badge before they are assigned to work in the County Facility. Such individuals may be asked to leave the County Facility by a County representative if they do not have the proper County ID badge on their person.
