Contractor’s Staff Identification. 7.4.1 All of Contractor’s employees assigned to County facilities are required to have a County Identification (ID) badge on their person and visible at all times. Contractor bears all expense of the badging.
Contractor’s Staff Identification. 7.3.1 Contractor shall provide all staff assigned to this Contract with a photo identification badge in accordance with County specifications. Specifications may change at the discretion of the County and Contractor will be provided new specifications as required. Contractor personnel may be asked by a County representative to leave a County facility if they do not have the proper County ID badge on their person and Contractor personnel must immediately comply with such request.
Contractor’s Staff Identification. 7.4.1 Contractor is responsible to ensure that Contractor’s Medical Providers have obtained a County ID badge before they are assigned to work in the County Facility. Such individuals may be asked to leave the County Facility by a County representative if they do not have the proper County ID badge on their person.
