CONTRACTOR’S PROfiRAM STATEMENT. 23 9.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit to ADMINISTRATOR a copy of any new or 24 revised Program Statement submitted to the CDSS Xxxxxx Care Rates Bureau 25 and/or CCLD prior to the execution of this Agreement and shall submit all 26 revised Program Statements thereafter. Provisions of the revised Program 27 Statement shall supersede the provisions contained in the previous Program 28 Statement to the extent that they conflict.
