Contractor’s Ongoing Obligations. In addition to the Contractor’s obligations under Section 5 of Contract Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions, the Contractor shall have the ongoing obligation to stay informed of any changes to the law or rules that may affect the Contractor’s conduct and performance under the Contract, including changes to Subtitle 60GG, Florida Administrative Code and ensure it is, at all times compliant with governing laws and rules.
