CONTRACTOR’S LIABILITY AND OTHER INSURANCE. Contractor as primary insured shall, at Contractor’s sole expense procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of the Agreement the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specifically noted herein or otherwise agreed to by the Owner the required insurance shall be submitted to the Owner and accepted prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed, and shall be in effect by the Contractor on or prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Such insurances must remain in force and effect until the later of:
