Common use of Contractor’s General Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s General Responsibilities. (a) The Contractor shall, with due care and diligence, design (to the extent required by the Contract), execute and complete the Works and remedy Defects to the satisfaction of the Superintending Officer in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
