Contractor’s Fees. Subject to clause 5.2, the Foundation will pay to the Contractor the Contractor’s Fees for the Services that the Contractor provides in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Contractor’s Fees. The total hours of work required and any costs incurred to complete the Project and the activities listed in Exhibit 1 are the responsibility of Contractor for the Contractor’s Fees. No costs will be compensated outside of those included in the Contractor’s Fees as set forth below unless by prior written approval of Manager, in Manager’s sole discretion.
