Contractor's Duty. Review (or lack thereof) by the General Contractor, its designees or the Project Engineer of any Project documents provided by the Contractor, and the fact that the General Contractor, its designees or the Project Engineer has not discovered any errors reflected in such Project documents, shall not relieve or release the Contractor of any of its duties, obligations or liabilities under the terms of this Agreement.

Contractor's Duty. The Contractor must take all reasonably practicable action to avoid the occurrence of, and to suppress, any fire which may occur in the vicinity of its Harvesting Operations.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence.
