Common use of Contractor’s Authorized Official(s) Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Authorized Official(s). 7.2.1 Contractor’s Authorized Official(s) are designated in Exhibit B (Contractor’s Administration) to this Master Agreement. Contractor must promptly notify the County in writing of any change in the name(s) or address(es) of Contractor’s Authorized Official(s).
