Common use of Contractor Transition Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Contractor Transition Responsibilities. If this Contract terminates under, Termination by Xxxxxxx County, the Contractor must make reasonable efforts to transition the performance of the work, including all applicable equipment, services, software, and leases, to Xxxxxxx County or a third party designated by Xxxxxxx County within a reasonable period of time that does not exceed 30 days from the date of termination. The Contractor must provide any required reports and documentation.
